The Buffalo Tool Library is a collaborative effort of PUSH Buffalo, Grassroots Gardens, Buffalo ReUse, and University Heights Collaborative, to empower our neighbors with many of the tools they need to fix up and maintain their homes and gardens.
Tool Libraries facilitate self-reliance, civic engagement, and neighborhood reinvestment by providing individuals and organizations with access to a community-based collection of useful tools.
Now, instead of buying expensive tools that get little use or paying high rental fees, members of the Library can borrow tools for free.
The Buffalo Tool Library is funded in part by the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo.
